Barts Health NHS Trust is one of the largest in England, delivering care to over 2.5 million people across London. With more than 17,000 staff across five hospitals, the Trust needed a dedicated platform to support staff training and development. The Barts Health Education Academy was created to provide accessible online courses and learning programmes across multiple disciplines. I was responsible for designing a clear, user-friendly portal that allows staff to easily navigate content, track progress, and reach their learning goals.
